Inspection includes the following:

  • Adjusting for proper closing of door
  • Inspect speed and safety operation for ADA compliance
  • Check for any fluid leaks
  • Inspect framing, floor threshold and locking components
  • Inspect Pivot assembly and closer arms
  • Lubricate all points of friction
  • Report of PM and cost of repairs if needed
