Inspection includes the following:

  • Inspect springs, gears, hand chain, bearings, guides, tracks and rollers
  • Inspect curtain and/or panels condition
  • Tighten door brackets and saddles
  • Inspection of chain keeper, slide locks and lock boxes
  • Lubricate all points of friction
  • Report of PM and cost of repairs if needed
